The Grand Canyon under our Bonnet!



Look at the gap we found when we looked under the bonnet..Oh Shit.
We quickly started from the middle and drilled out the holes and put in Nuts and Bolts instead. We put a strip of metal in the bends for a bit of added strength.
The result was a lot better, wish we had not wasted our time with the self tappers.

Bloody self tappers are not holding anything! Check the size of the gap
