Here you have a complete build diary from start to finish of Joeys 2B
We also show the problems involved in taking on a "Part Built" example (Car number 2) and the problems you can get by letting supposedly reputable companies loose on a car like this.
All in all though it has been a fabulous experience, one that has given us a lot of pleasure.
The fun continues well after you pass the SVA test though, here you can see our 2 Hoods driving through Pancorbo in Spain during a recent drive holiday. Both cars ran faultlessly over the 2400 mile fourney and the locals loved them, raising a smile everywhere we went.
We first got Joe's car when he was 11 and he did a lot of the build himself it taught him lots of skills some of which he is putting to good use on his Racing Metro GTi, which you can also read about on our site
