By this stage we in our "Build" 
I mean "Dismantle", we were not that confident that any of the panels would remain on this car, Suprise, Suprise The Rear Arches were on the removal list.
Look at the last two tabs on the underside of this Arch, see how our builder has got a little carried away and Pop Rivitted right to the end! Shame there is nothing on the other side of the Tabs
Further forward the Arches are actually Bolted in place, Must weigh a ton! Shame that all the nuts bolts and washers are not "in safety" There was no threads showing past the nut at all!!!
Ah looks like he had more than one attempt at this job !

This is what we are finding under a lot of the panels, but I think this must be the worst section yet! Imagine how much this chassis has been weakened, Scarey!!!
We will weld up the holes and rub them down and repaint the whole area, when we reassemble the car we will drill one set of holes then remove it and wet assemble the whole thing using sealing compound.
I dont think we will bother refitting this bit of rusty Tin
