Low Flying Aircraft
These pictures I got whilst I was still in the RAF with 31 Sqn on detachment to Thumrait in Oman, What a crackin 3 weeks (Thanks Mr Taxpayer
)
When I first Joined the RAF whenever a visiting aircraft left an Airfield they tended to do a "Beat up" of the said airfield, the lower the better. Those were the days when pilots were allowed to do that sort of thing , For example the early morning "weather ship" Jaguar at Lossiemouth used to "Beat up", or "Fly very low" over the local camp of protesters every morning
Wonder why ?
Obviously Oman had less "Health and Safety executives", and "Do Gooders" when we were visiting and a look at these Pictures show thats the case.....(Click your Back button for more!)
Enjoy !!!!
A Hunter does a fly past a Thumrait Hangar
Oh shit its going to hit me!
Mind you Jaguars can fly pretty low too
See what I mean !
