Replacing split Driveshaft Gaitors

This is a bit of a pain in the arse Job which luckily Joey and I did not need to do on his car. Unfortunately for Lee his Gaitors were split and needed replacing. Stripping the whole lot down was easy enough, although its not recommended that you use an Angle Grinder to remove the metal bearing cover (Eh lee?) best use a pair of Snips.
Once you manage to get the right Kit its an easy assembly job, we found it best to fit the Gaitor to the metal cover before sliding it onto the Driveshaft.

Once the Bearings were slid into place came the fun bit "Greasing it all up" making sure the supplied grease is squashed right into the bearing rollers.

And the other end gets the Treatment as well.

Then the whole lot is pushed together and the metal Cover is "Peened over" (Bent)
If you do it According to the Haynes Manual You would just bend the edges over on three points, we decided all round Bending would be better.
We also decided that the supplied Clamps were not very user friendly so Jubilee clips took over the Job of holding the Gaitor in place. So thats one done, wheres the others?
